Born in 1968 in Leningrad. From 1985 till 1991 he had been studied at the St. Petersburg State Technical University, Mechanical -Machinebuilding Department, by the speciality «Machine-Tools and Instrument». From 1990 till 1992 designed road machines. Took a course of professional improvement for Construction Managers, short-term course «Phsycology of Management», real estate estimation course, probation English course in the UK. In 1992-1993 was involved in real estate commercial deals. In 1993 with Yuri Ioffe established the «STEP-Construction Projects» company. Many times participated as an expert in the seminars on cost estimate of the real estate objects.
